Your email settings will be very similar for all mail programs. In the following example, please change "yourdomain.com.au" to your actual domain name. The email address below "you@yourdomain.com.au" should be replaced by your actual email address.
The correct mail settings to use are as follows:
Secure SSL/TLS Settings (Recommended)

| Password: | Use the email account’s password. |
| Incoming Server: | mail.yourdomain.com.au

| Outgoing Server: | mail.yourdomain.com.au
|
|
IMAP, POP3, and SMTP require SSL to be turned on and "Secure Password Authentication".

Non-SSL Settings (NOT Recommended unless the above setting will not work for you)
| Username: | you@yourdomain.com.au |
| Password: | Use the email account’s password. |
| Incoming Server: | mail.yourdomain.com.au
|
| Outgoing Server: | mail.yourdomain.com.au
|
|
IMAP, POP3, and SMTP require authentication.
|
|
Please ensure that you have the outgoing mail server set to use the same login details as your incoming mail server.
