My order was marked as “fraud” what should I do?

Here at Host Geek, we utilise a number of systems to prevent and combat fraud. While we cannot go into detail on how these systems function, they are quite reliable and prevent many transactions using stolen credit card information and other forms of deception.

As reliable as these systems are, however, some orders that would be perfectly legitimate can sometimes be marked as fraud. If this happens to you, please submit a support ticket including your order number and/or invoice number. One of our staff should then be able to assist you in determining why the order was marked as fraud. You may be required to submit some photo identification during this process.

 

Once we are able to determine that the order is legitimate, we can then set the status of the order back to “unpaid” so that you are able to continue with your purchase.
